The Job:

As the Marketing Manager, Inbound Acquisition you will be responsible for driving massive growth through by leading our content marketing strategy and execution. You’ll nurture inbound leads through the funnel, and always be looking for ways to increase our conversion rates. You are no stranger to funnel analysis and understand the delicate balance of activities that drive revenue! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with the Marketing team, you will be an anchor in building on and expanding the customer acquisition strategy and execution playbook.

The Marketing Manager, Inbound Acquisition will:

  • Build full funnel inbound acquisition campaigns. You know how to plan, manage, test, and measure content driven campaign performance to maximize meaningful impact to revenue. You will also test new content and campaign channels to drive growth. 

  • Drive massive growth in organic traffic. You have a strong understanding of SEO from both a technical and on-page perspective. You understand what it takes to build a big online audience through content marketing.

  • Leverage marketing automation to drive growth. You have experience in building lead nurturing systems that take into account segmentation, customer journeys, and sales engagement metrics.

  • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate split tests. You will work with your teammates to deliver content, design, and technology that increases awareness, engagement, sign ups, and lead generation. 

  • Participate in strategic planning, but also dive into program delivery, budget management, performance reporting analysis, and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with an extended team of colleagues including Product Managers, Product Marketers, Data Engineers, and Designers to deliver on the customer acquisition targets and ensure the paid marketing engine is performing. You have the ability to create energy among others and influence without authority.

  • Partner with Marketing Ops (a part of our BizOps team) to develop dashboards, KPIs and metrics to measure progress and validate programs and campaigns.

In order to be successful, you’ll need: 

  • 3-5 years of experience managing inbound marketing channels, preferably for a SaaS business. 

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing technology such as Autopilot, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Amplitude.

  • Working knowledge of paid acquisition platforms such as AdWords.

  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, CRO, content marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, email marketing, social media marketing

  • A track record of ambitious career growth, exceeding targets, and being able to motivate others to do the same.
