The Job:

As the Content Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for writing and coordinating content for all our web properties. You’ll nurture inbound leads through the funnel, and always be looking for ways to increase our conversion rates. You are no stranger to funnel analysis and understand the delicate balance of activities that drive revenue! Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with multiple in house teams, you will be an anchor in building on and expanding the inbound acquisition strategy and drive Jobber growth.

The Content Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Produce amazing content: editorial, website copy, email, and more!

  • Coordinate content with our team of external content creators, members of the Jobber community, our customers, and partners

  • Assist in the development of inbound acquisition campaigns.

  • Leverage marketing automation to drive growth.

  • Work with your teammates to deliver content, design, and technology that increases awareness, engagement, sign ups, and lead generation. 

  • Collaborate with an extended team of colleagues including Product Managers, Product Marketers, Data Engineers, and Designers to deliver on the customer acquisition targets. You have the ability to create energy among others and influence without authority.

In order to be successful, you will need:

  • At least 2 years experience, preferably within a SaaS company

  • A degree in marketing, journalism, communications, creative writing, or English, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience with digital publishing, social media marketing, and content management systems

  • Working knowledge in SEO/SEM, CRO, content marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
