
By applying or registering for one of the courses, events, or workshops (the “Programs”) hosted by Startup Edmonton, you agree to the terms and conditions state here. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before registering.
Once we have received your registration details and payment (if applicable), we will send you an email confirming your place in the Program. If you enrolled or paid shortly before the beginning of the Program and have not yet received your confirmation email, please phone to confirm that a place is available before travelling, as no guarantee of availability can be given. Ensure you have proper identification when you arrive at the location where the Program is being hosted.
Startup Edmonton reserves the right to make changes in regulations, syllabuses, fees etc, without prior notice. Complaints about the accuracy of information in the Program listing and related Program documents should be made, in writing, to info@startupedmonton.com.
The instructors/facilitators (the “Mentors”) for each Program listed on this site are correct, but are subject to change as availability cannot be guaranteed.
If a particular Program is at capacity, you may be put on a waitlist in case any participants drop out before the Program begins.
It may be necessary, on occasions, to change the date of a particular Program at short notice (if, for example, a Mentor is ill). If this occurs we will contact you on the contact telephone number you provide during the registration process. Hours will be made up, wherever possible, at a time and date mutually convenient to the Program and Mentor.
Startup Edmonton reserves the right to cancel a Program (if, for example, there are insufficient numbers). If this occurs, we will refund your Program fee in full.
Refunds will be given, minus a 15% administration charge, if written notification is received at least 14 days before the Program start date. No refunds will be given with less than 14 days written notice.
Any refunds will be made to your credit card or via PayPal.
By applying to register for a Startup Edmonton Program you agree to abide by the rules and regulations described above, including the refund policy. You agree to Startup Edmonton processing personal data required during the registration process, or other data which the Startup Edmonton may obtain from you or other people whilst you are a Program participant, for purposes connected with your participants, your health and safety or for any other legitimate reasons.
