Building and Managing Your Community

As more customers begin their purchasing decisions with online research, how do you build and cultivate an online community who’ll speak for your brand? To build a strong community, there are a few key factors every startup should take into consideration – demographics, habits, behaviors, needs, trust, appreciation and limitations. This course will give you some insight around these factors and how to rally a community of customers around your product and brand.
