Customer Development For Startups: More Than Just Sales

How should startups organize their sales, marketing and business development strategies? In this course, you’ll learn the basics of what customer development is, and the difference between customer creation and marketing communications strategies. You’ll discover the customer development process – from understanding the customer, positioning your company and product, the role of branding, building a customer base and selling to early customers. You’ll also develop a framework for understanding the ins and outs of deal-making – how to identify, evaluate and close deals.
