We actively host and partner with several meetup groups in the community focused on areas such as creative development, game design, user experience design, advertising, social media, programming, and entrepreneurship. By providing a space for the community to gather, we're able to connect even more ideas and people.

	MobileMonday MobileMonday is an open community platform of mobile industry visionaries, developers and influential individuals fostering brand neutral cooperation and cross-border P2P business opportunities through live networking events to demo products, share ideas and discuss trends from both local and global markets.
	Social Media Breakfast SMBYEG houses an open environment to share today’s best and worst examples of social media, as practiced by individuals, industries and organizations in Edmonton and around the world. Guest speakers share their experience and expertise of social media use, followed by an opportunity to network with a community of like-minded individuals.
	TEDxEdmonton In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Started in 2010, TEDxEdmonton has helped inspire and spread creativity, innovation, education and entrepreneurship across our community.
	Theatre Edmonton Project The Theatre Edmonton Project is an exciting new grassroots initiative that's working to accelerate and advance creative and artistic innovation across Edmonton's theatre community.
	@UXYEG UX YEG brings together Edmonton's leading user experience professionals to analyze, assess and advise on websites developed by local talent, as well as share best practices around user experience design.
	WordCamp Edmonton WordCamps are casual, locally-organized, non- profit conferences covering everything related to WordPress, the free and open source personal publishing software that powers over 25 million sites on the web. The next WordCamp Edmonton runs November 16 & 17, 2012.
	YEGFilm #yegfilm is a non-profit film collective working to build community and accelerate all facets of movie-making in Edmonton.
