Tiffany - Startup Week

This year Startup Edmonton celebrated its fifth anniversary in the Mercer Warehouse. Over the years, we have partnered with Oilers Entertainment Group and the City of Edmonton on several exciting announcements related to Rogers Place. On October 19, we’re thrilled to bring our favourite event of the year, Launch Party, to Ford Hall at Rogers Place. I can’t wait to introduce you to new companies & technology products.

Not a typical networking event or tradeshow; Launch Party is a party where attendees can access everything from video games to enterprise-solution software; virtual reality to sharing economy apps. New to technology or the startup community? Launch Party is for everyone: community supporters, business leaders, investors, future customers, startup teams, students, and city champions.

Launch Party is an anchor event of Edmonton Startup Week. Part of the Techstars suite of startup programs, Startup Week brings entrepreneurs, local leaders, and friends together over five days to build momentum and opportunity around each community’s unique entrepreneurial identity. 2017 marks the fourth annual Edmonton Startup Week produced by Startup Edmonton, full details available at

At Startup Edmonton, we want to see more tech-enabled companies start and scale in Edmonton. Technology touches every aspect of our lives; and Edmonton is brimming with bright, ambitious, and hardworking people that are tackling challenges every day with the incredible opportunities that technology brings. We help in four ways: mentorship & programs, workspace, talent development, and community. Since 2009, we have brought together entrepreneurs, developers, students, founders, mentors, and investors to transform ideas into some of Canada’s most exciting and successful startup and scaling companies.
