Collision 2019 | Startup Companies

Next Month, we’re part of an Edmonton delegation, lead by Edmonton Economic Development, going to Collision - North America’s fastest growing tech conference. When it was announced last year that the conference was relocating to Canada, we knew it was a fantastic opportunity for our city’s tech companies to find early customers, build relationships with investors, and even recruit for talent.

I look forward to standing with our tech founders and their teams to share exciting news about their companies. Alongside local partners from the Edmonton innovation ecosystem, and our counterparts at Calgary Economic Development, it will be an exciting opportunity to share updates and tech developments from our city and province.

Join me in congratulating the eight companies selected to co-locate with the Edmonton presence at the conference at the Startup Island located just a few steps away and as BETA startup program participants. This program provides opportunities for startups to access pitch stages, mentor hours and more.
