Role:

The Product Team is looking for a highly-motivated Associate Product Manager to help the organization in building transformative products in the digital media and software spaces. As an Associate Product Manager you will interact with all stages of the business from our external partners to our technology team to ensure that we building products that solve problems, drive business goals, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product team to build product strategies.

  • Create product roadmaps to drive and manage product development.

  • Complete research and data collection to ensure data driven decision making within the product team. 

  • Develop and analyze metrics to test and optimize products against.

  • Develop relationships with our internal teams and our external partners to guide product strategies, generate feedback, and deliver results

  • Work collaboratively with the development and data science teams to ensure clear communication of objectives, prioritization, iteration, and successful delivery

  • Write requirements and user stories, create simple wireframes, prototypes, and develop test, release, and feedback plans.

  • Research product trends to keep up to date with the rapidly evolving world of technology.

  • Help manage projects

  • Interface with external partners to extract business cases

Education and Training:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Additional focus given to those with a focus in Computer Science, Finance

Requirements:

  • Problem solving, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasks

  • Effective listener that can quickly get to the root problems/opportunities of customers

  • Confident, clear, and concise oral and written communicator.

  • Ability to balance requests and a backlog of tasks with available capacity.

  • Passion for building transformative products that solve real-problems.

  • Project management skills.

  • Excels in fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects at once.

  • Bonus experience: programming, HTML/CSS, product management, project management, agile development, machine learning.
