Drivewyze - Channel Operations Coordinator

The Partner Channel team spearheads our fast, growing channel performance for our software as a service We are looking for someone with a passion for data and detail and uncovering insights that propel business forward. As a member of our dynamic and face-paced Partner Channel team you will help us support our fast, growing channel performance and our software as a service business delivery.

Location:  Head Office, Edmonton, AB, Canada

Reports to:  Manager, Channel Operations

About the Job:  You will engage with new and existing partners to onboard and launch our software services. Working with internal groups such as Finance, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, you will collect, analyze and reconcile information for accuracy to ensure our data integrity standards are met. You will monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize partner alignment and productivity as well as review and assess integrated processes for optimal outcomes.   Most importantly, your adaptability and love for detail doesn’t get in the way of your ability to step back and see the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Channel Manager in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities

  • Monitor and report on key business processes, productivity and partner trends

  • Analyze and update partner, fleet and vehicle data for accuracy and completeness

  • Review, investigate and reconcile data discrepancies quickly

  • Develop and recommend process improvements to support data accuracy and integrity

  • Identify issues, barriers and challenges, and recommend solutions that promote optimization

  • Liaise between partner and internal stakeholders and maintain positive relationships through collaboration, ongoing communication and completion of tasks as committed

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure completion within allotted timelines

  • Document and communicate status and action items to the Partner Channel Manager

  • Document and maintain accurate process workflows and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Finance or Accounting analysis role or Channel Management

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline an asset

  • Previous experience reporting on trends, and writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures

  • Previous experience working with Excel, SQL, Birst, and Salesforce ideal

  • Demonstrated success critically thinking, analyzing large data sets and systems thinking

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple deadlines and demands

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and ability to work independently

This is a term position of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
