Drivewyze PreClear is a mobile application that runs on iOS, Android, and embedded devices. The app provides bypasses to long-haul truck drivers via an on-screen notification using GPS information. The Drivewyze platform is supported by a multi-tier cloud-based infrastructure that is connected to various law enforcement databases and provides visibility to law enforcement personnel about the Drivewyze bypasses happening at each supported weigh station.

About the Job: Drivewyze approaches the vast transportation market through a network of telematics partners. Each partner integrates Drivewyze services into their own platform or application using our cross-platform client SDK and cloud-based REST API. The quality of our partner network is a top strategic priority.
As the Partner Success Engineer, you will be on the front line of all partner software development and related work. You will leverage internal and external tools, your technical knowledge, and your strong relationship with other internal groups to optimize and improve partner integrations and programs. You will be the product expert on the Drivewyze platform and SDK, and work closely with the Development Team and Product Management being the voice of the partner and translating partner feedback to continuously improve Drivewyze products and services. This includes coordinating the development of new tools, APIs, and services that enable high performing partners.
Specific responsibilities include:
Provide pre and post-sales development support and consulting to Drivewyze third-party partner development teams, especially related to development, training, optimizing, and troubleshooting activities on Drivewyze product APIs.
Support partner platform and SDK integrations, working closely with Drivewyze Product Development, Business Development, and Operations teams.
Using your software background, address partner questions, advocate for partner needs, and explore new ideas to optimize and improve the partner experience.
Coordinate, develop, and continuously improve partner monitoring, documentation, and related tools.
Actively match the Drivewyze road-map to the technical agenda of each partner, and align the timeline of future activities, releases, and new feature implementations.
Requires Skills and Qualifications:
Degree or certificate in a related field.
Experience in a software development role with preference in mobile, or Android, application development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical partners.
Previous experience in technical account management role an asset.
Strong planning and time management skills and the ability to balance competing and changing demands.
Effective troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
Self-motivated and ability to work with little oversight.
Ability to travel periodically.
