Reports to: Director, Product Management
About the Job: You will work with product managers to fine tune features and convert features into user stories. You will be responsible for grooming stories with Developers and QA team members. As part of our agile process, this position will also prioritize user stories into future sprints while taking dependencies into consideration.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work with multiple stakeholders to understand features and minimize gaps in requirements.
Convert features into well-defined user stories.
Groom user stories with developers and QA to ensure requirements are clear and the team is ready to execute.
Maintain a prioritized backlog taking into consideration technical and business dependencies.
Demo completed user stories to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise in various product and non-production environments.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
Proven ability to transform features and business problems into well-articulated user stories.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple requests with competing priorities.
Excellent written, verbal and social skills.
Strong proficiency will technical collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
