  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, license agreements and continuously follow up with potential customers to ensure processes such as licensing move forward.

  • Participate in onboarding new users and companies and maintain a relationship with each assigned client to drive continued value of our products and services.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and be a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams.

  • Assist in developing marketing literature and website content.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide ideas to attract new clients and expand sales.

  • Analyze potential new solutions and customer needs to help us determine where to allocate resources to best meet the needs of our customers.

  • Help to develop further processes to support our customers and ensure continued success and their continued use of our solutions.

  • Other duties as determined from time to time.

Technical skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Calendar.

  • Able to effectively communicate with both managers and colleagues on a regular basis.

  • Above average communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to communicate in a way appropriate to the environment, maintaining confidentiality when required.

  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot is an asset.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Pharmacy or pharmacology knowledge is an asset.
