The Customer Success Manager is responsible for facilitating full deployment of our software throughout our customer fleet organizations and accountable for post-sale interactions. This role plays the lead role in facilitating and supporting the roll-out and implementation plans of our fleet clients. As a collaboration and communication guru, this role is focused on deepening relationships with our fleet accounts, cultivating client satisfaction and retention.

This position will be located at either our headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta - located at an historic building along Jasper Avenue - or our expanding office in Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the King-West area!
