Business Development Rep
Visio Media is an exciting high-growth startup that’s disrupting the billion dollar digital out-of-home marketing industry. We’re at the intersection of machine intelligence and programmatic advertising to reinvent how the world’s largest brands are connecting with their target audience.
Your primary responsibility as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Visio Media is to generate new businesses opportunities to support the continued growth of our sales team. In this critical role, you represent Visio as our first point of contact with ideal potential customers. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, team-player mentality and a drive to win.
Our existing network is established in the Edmonton, Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto markets and we’ll be expanding into the US in 2019.
What you’ll work on:
Engage executives and the C-suite at target accounts via multiple touchpoints (phone, email, social, etc.).
Manage and update our CRM.
Become a master of our growth tech stack to generate meetings with prospects.
Individually contribute to Visio’s growth.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
An exceptional oral and written communicator.
Determined to consistently hit targets and overdeliver.
Eager to give and receive feedback.
Enthusiastic about learning.
Bonus points for:
Working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape.
Experience selling advertising or marketing solutions.
Experience working in Enterprise sales.
Knowledge of media buying.
Experience playing competitive sports.
