What you’ll do
Review and refine all points along the customer experience journey
Identify, research, and analyze customer pain points to improve the customer experience
Create and improve the operations process to better collect customer feedback
Establish and monitor criteria to measure customer satisfaction
Build processes and projects to improve customer satisfaction and retention rate
Implement the communication strategy to ensure the Yardly team communicates in a consistent, professional, proactive and timely manner
Identify, prioritize, and solve problems creatively. Create systematic solutions
Constantly improve the operations processes and tools to improve consistency and efficiency
Help the customer team respond to a high volume of inbound phone, email and order inquiries during our busy periods (i.e. heavy snow days and early May)
What you’ll need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Highly skilled in data analysis tools (such as Google Sheets/Excel)
Experience working in startup companies is preferred
