Yardly - Customer Experience Specialist

What you’ll do

  • Review and refine all points along the customer experience journey

  • Identify, research, and analyze customer pain points to improve the customer experience

  • Create and improve the operations process to better collect customer feedback

  • Establish and monitor criteria to measure customer satisfaction

  • Build processes and projects to improve customer satisfaction and retention rate

  • Implement the communication strategy to ensure the Yardly team communicates in a consistent, professional, proactive and timely manner

  • Identify, prioritize, and solve problems creatively. Create systematic solutions

  • Constantly improve the operations processes and tools to improve consistency and efficiency

  • Help the customer team respond to a high volume of inbound phone, email and order inquiries during our busy periods (i.e. heavy snow days and early May)

What you’ll need

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Highly skilled in data analysis tools (such as Google Sheets/Excel)

  • Experience working in startup companies is preferred
