What you’ll do
Provider relations - build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with the providers, collect their feedback and increase the retention rate
Provider support - provide real-time support to the providers, help them deliver quality service in a timely manner. Solve day to day issues
Quality control - make sure the service quality is up to or above our standard
Performance review - review providers’ performance regularly and respond accordingly
Service capacity - make sure there is always enough service capacity form the providers, identify and predict the need for recruiting and coordinate with the recruitment team
Improvement - actively participate and help our team improve the business process/systems which aim to provide a great provider experience and allow them to deliver quality services in a timely manner
What you’ll need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and improve business relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Highly skilled in data analysis tools (such as Google Sheets/Excel)
Experience working in startup companies is preferred
Experience working in snow removal & lawn care industry is an asset
Willingness to work a flexible schedule (i.e. when it snows)
