What the Accounting Clerk does:

  • Processing and matching a high volume of invoices;
  • Investigating and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies;
  • Facilitating weekly cheque runs;
  • Reconciling accounts and related journal entries as assigned;
  • Entering all employee expenses and prepare for approval;
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Excel
  • Performing various clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, sorting mail, data entry, and filing.
